 FAQs

  • Discovery Call (30 minutes) is an introductory conversation where we discuss the health history, current health status, and any specific concerns or goals. It's an opportunity to understand your health needs.

  • Identifying your health goals is a crucial step. This involves discussing what you hope to achieve through the consultation and any long-term health objectives they may have.

  • Based on the information gathered during the discovery call, we may recommend specialized lab tests to gain a deeper understanding of your health.

These tests could include comprehensive blood tests, urine hormone metabolites, stool tests, micronutrient analysis, mold tests, organic acids tests (OAT), and more.

These tests are often chosen to provide a comprehensive view of your health and identify any underlying imbalances.

(If you have these lab results from your GP, we can request to use those results as well, as long as it’s within an appropriate time frame.)

  • The emphasis is on identifying your unique imbalance and tailoring the approach accordingly which aligns with the principles of Ayurvedic Medicine. To focus on your individual needs and treating root causes rather than symptoms.
